Ms. Hlalele is the Deputy Country Head at Botho University Maseru Campus. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Planning and Development (Major in Planning & Development), from the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University of India; B.ED from University of the National University of Lesotho.
