Provide students with the basic knowledge and understanding of Apaleo Property Management System, develop students’ practical skills, and competencies enabling them to address dynamism of technology characterizing the sector, develop students’ competencies to integrate Apaleo PMS with other applications such as revenue management, marketing, and key systems. The short course is very relevant and in demand as hotel employees especially Rooms division must possess ICT skills to fully operate hotel PMS. Some hotels are still using Legacy/traditional PMSs that are increasingly becoming redundant.
This short course can be taken by any literate person who has elementary knowledge of computers. Although the short course is intended for persons without prior experience of software used in hotels, it is particularly very useful to: any person who has successfully completed BGCSE.
