Mr. Andima Tileinge

Mr. Andima Tileinge joined Botho Higher Education Institute in 2019 as an Assistant Dean and continued in the same position when the name changed to Botho University (BU). In 2021 I was appointed to head the Namibian Campus in the same capacity as Assistant Dean till to date.
He was the Director of Trade and Commerce in the Ministry of Trade and Industry when he initiated the idea of establishing The Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA). He became the founding Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BIPA in 2014. As CEO he developed a roadmap to systematically transfer the activities and personnel from the Directorate of Trade and Commerce to BIPA.
